Furikup is a SIP phone for the PSP, allowing you to make and receive telephone calls if you have access to a wireless access point, and an account with a suitable SIP service provider (most are free to register, and many offer free calls of some sort).

Notes for this version: This is the first release. It's alpha/beta quality (especially the audio and UI), but it does work.
