a suped-up clone of the target shooting masterpiece Missle Command
Notes for this version: Changes:
Fuel-ing
You and your opponent now have an amount of fuel, which will decrease while accelerating.
In the middle of the screen is a rotating Fuel-Barrel which will increase your fuel amount again.
If you fuel-up, the Fuel Barrel is locked for you for 10 seconds.
You can see your and the opponents fuel amount.
There is now a new Button/Key, called Harakiri. If you ran out of fuel, you can kill yourself with this.
Of course, when you kill yourself, enemy scores one. So, try to keep an eye on you fuel.
AI(Red Baron by default) will kill itself if it has no fuel anymore.
I think this is a nice feature and make the game more challenging. I will made it configurable in the next release.
I have now one codebase for all the supported and tested platforms, which are:
GP2X
Linux x86
Win32(tested with Wine, sorry!) x86
PSP
It is configurable if you want a small Version (320x240) or a big version (800x600), via "airstrikerc" -> version.
GP2X and PSP use "small" by default.
Music:
Place an mp3 in data/music named song.mp3 . It will be looped till the game runs. This is disabled for PSP.
For some reason it stutters on PSP. Bad implemented smpeg I guess.
I played around with some Trackers/Drum Machines to create a song, but this could take a while.

Very simple AT3 player. For those of you who don't know, a .at3 file is a PSP music file included in UMDs. People can rip these files from ISOs and play them with this utility.
Notes for this version: Simple program to play ATRAC3 files. From the author:
"This is a sample showing a simple atrac3 player using the libatrac3plus from the firmware.
Warning (to avoid confussion): the use of the libatrac3plus library functions was deduced with a bit of reverse engeneering in the own library and how a game was using it, by hooking calls to the functions and inspecting how the parameters evolved (psplink was of great help, thanks Tyranid for making that beautiful tool)
This program does not pretend to be a serious player, it's only a sample on how to use the sceATRAC3plus_Library, and it have some bugs or incorrect code, mainly:
- The player suposses that all frames of the file have 1024 or 2048 sound samples, which is true in almost all cases, but not always.
- There is a bug in which sometimes one of the threads cannot be created because the previous copy of the thread is already running (probably, because of a deadlock). "

* Added an Echo mode to the Digital Delay Processor.
* Fixed seek function (left and right shoulder buttons) to seek at the

Notes for this version: As always, if you're planning on using this, please read and understand the readme file that comes with the download. The file holds the installation and usage, plus the known bugs for this release. It would also be best if you guys will also browse through the configuration text as it also holds vital tidbits about this app.
Team tOc is made up of EvilSeph, Moca, TUW (The Unique Warrior), MaTiAz, Ahadiel, and kando. We hope to hear more from them in the coming weeks.

shows the battery percentage instead of the battery meter
Notes for this version: Currently all this battery PRX only shows the percentage of battery life when you press the note key but Hallo007 plans to add more features in future versions now that he has the hang of making PRX's. This is his first PRX and therefore there may be a couple of bugs in this release, and it has already been noted that the screenshot PRX uses the note key to operate aswell, but this will all be fixed in future versions.
To install the battery PRX simply copy the extracted folders into the SEPLUGINS folder, make a vsh.txt and enable it in recovery mode.

a new game by cools
Notes for this version: But enough with the history lesson, let's get to the release at hand. Block Dude v1.0 now includes 11 levels and cools says that he was able to test the first nine levels. You shouldn't worry about the game being too difficult because as cools says, the first nine levels were totally "beatable." The basic objective of the game is to get past the obstacles and get to the door to go to the next level.

After more than four months, homebrew developer cools decided to update one of his more popular games called Block Dude. He just dropped by QJ.NET PSP Development forum and released version 2. Basically, this is somewhat a puzzle game as you have to figure out how to reach the door by moving various blocks hindering your path.
According to cools, he tried to make this game as close as possible to the calc one created by Brandon Sterner. Block Dude v0.2 comes with all the original 11 levels and there are three extras from the flash remake. The developer added that a handful of custom made levels made by Access_Denied, Beefland, and Spirit Hawk have been included as well.
